- Create a client profile to be used as a CV/resume tool
- Liaise with and discuss profile with suitable partner
organisations
- Develop a shortlist of 4 suitable partners and present
to client
- Facilitate the client to create an order of preference
- Work with partner and client to develop and agree a
job description and person specification
- Pre-departure Preparation
- Provide client with a country pack, location pack,
accommodation pack, partner pack and a comprehensive
packing list
- Provide visa information and facilitate process
- Explain and present an in-country support structure
- Facilitate an exchange of useful in-country contacts
- Arrange an in-country pick-up for client
- Explain and present in-country support mechanism
including:
- 24 hour emergency support line (UK)
- Advice Line (UK)
- Weekly or bi-weekly review (by phone or email)
- Introduction to any other clients in the country or
region
