We have a very thorough operational process (see Clients/ Volunteers: How?) which is used to ensure that we match suitable volunteers to partners.
We require our partners to complete comprehensive paperwork in order for us to find a suitable volunteer for that specific project or role. We will also require the following endorsements from our partner organisations:
